4-H is a community of young people across America who are learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills. 4-H helps young people acquire the skills and knowledge to become self-directing, productive, contributing members of our community through projects, events and activities. Rocketry, woodworking, foods, gardening, and clothing are just a few examples of the diverse offerings that help teach youth. Our 4-H community and project club programs are open to all youth ages 7 – 18.
Kaitlyn Peine is the 4-H/Youth Development agent for Johnson County Extension.
